Paint Pebbles And Rocks
This blog focuses on those unexpected but beautiful ‘natural treasures’,this could be a rainbow caught on film, a beautiful sea shell, fossil, feather, or even an animals skull. I enjoy outdoor crafts and this blog has plenty of ideas on making cool stuff with found objects, as well as advice on where to find these natural treasures, such as beach combing tips and guides.
The picture shows a stones that I have painted up . This was a really fun project to do, and made a fantastic gift for loved one.
Everyone loves unique items in their home, and no doubt this will create good memories. Some times the stones will tell their own story and make painting them very easy, some may have definite shape.
Some stones may be shaped like candies, some like eggs, some like little houses….it’s all down to a bit of imagination which kids happen to have in buckets. Painting a shaped stone is also easier than thinking of a picture to paint onto a flat stone, and dare I say it, more fun!
When painted the stones make great gifts, they can be used around the home as decor items, and can be used a fun garden accessory too. The smaller flatter stones can even be painted and used to make games counters.
